An Immersive Experience

A Sneak Peak at the Schedule
October 8-10, 2026
Thursday
Arrival and Welcome
Your journey begins as you arrive at our intimate, artsy boutique hotel, a space designed for beauty, comfort, and connection. After checking into your room, take a moment to exhale, unpack, and let the pace of everyday life gently fall away.
Join us for a relaxed Welcome Reception with delicious hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Come exactly as you are, travel-tired, cozy, dressed up, or dressed down, and meet the women you’ll be sharing this experience with.
We’ll gather in an easy, welcoming circle to introduce ourselves, share intentions, and begin creating the supportive space that will hold us through the days of rest, healing, and transformation ahead.
Friday & Saturday
City Vibes
Friday and Saturday unfold in the heart of Historic Downtown Lancaster City, where our boutique hotel sits just steps from hundreds of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered together.
Each morning begins the same way: with gentle mindset coaching to open your heart and clarify what you’re ready to release or receive, followed by accessible, nurturing yoga to help your body process and integrate that inner work. Chair yoga is always available; every body is welcome here.
From there, we wander into the city for leisurely lunches and curated dining experiences, savoring a variety of local flavors. Some of our sisters choose to spend Friday afternoon at our affirming spa and pool, while others explore shops, galleries, or cozy cafés. We cap off Friday night with fine dining at a local LGBTQ owned restaurant.
Friday is our glow-up Girls-Night-Out dinner to a beautiful fine dining restaurant that is LGBTQ+ owned. Saturday invites a different kind of magic, as many guests love to get comfy for Girls-Night-In dinner, spa crafting party with fashion shows and ending the night with a sharing circle.
An Exclusive Shopping Experience
With Stylist Lindsey Taub.
For the first time EVER at any social gathering, conference or retreat, Lindsey Taub will style and shop with you in-person.
On Saturday afternoon, we are taking you out of the city for a shopping adventure with world renowned stylist Lindsey Taub. Once you are booked with our retreat, you will have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one time with Lindsey to be personally styled while shopping.
Not a shopper? Liz will be offering a park walk meditation or you are welcome to visit the spa, salon or 300 plus other galleries, cafes, boutiques and more in historic downtown Lancaster.

Looking for a Full Spa Getaway?
Join Us a Day Early
For those who would love to turn their retreat into a full spa getaway, we invite you to arrive early and enjoy extra time together before the retreat officially begins.
On Wednesday evening, join Cass, Liz, and Kristy as we settle into the hotel a day early and gather for delicious food and drinks at John J. Jeffries, the Lancaster Arts Hotel’s beloved farm-to-table organic restaurant and bar.
Thursday offers space to ease into retreat mode at your own pace. Cass, Liz, and Kristy will be enjoying the pool and spa experience at Drift Spa.
Looking for something lighter instead of a full spa day?
Join Liz in the early afternoon for another creative plant design experience at Gallery Grow, or meet up with Cass later in the afternoon as she heads to one of her favorite local speakeasies for cocktails, mocktails, and connection at the Conway Room before the retreat officially begins.
Because these experiences are part of an optional early gathering, food, drinks, transportation, and activities prior to Thursday evening are not included in the retreat package.
Our retreat officially begins Thursday at 7:00 PM. From that point through Saturday evening, all group meals (lunch and dinner), drinks, and transportation included in the retreat itinerary will be covered by your retreat package.
Guests staying at Lancaster Arts Hotel will also enjoy complimentary breakfast each morning with their stay.

Our Mission
CLK Events is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating affirming, inclusive, and transformational wellness experiences rooted in feminine energy, healing, and connection. We design retreats, workshops, and community events that support emotional healing, personal growth, and authentic self-expression.
We create trauma-informed, LGBTQ+-affirming spaces where cisgender women, transgender women, TGNCNBI, non-binary people who identify with feminine energy, gender-diverse individuals, allies, and inclusive organizations are welcomed and celebrated. Our gatherings blend mind-body practices, spiritual healing, creative expression, and community connection to help participants feel safe, seen, and supported.
At CLK Events, we believe that true transformation happens when people come together in compassionate, supportive, and inclusive spaces. By gathering in feminine-centered community, we foster resilience, empowerment, healing, and belonging—for individuals and for the world we share.
